Profile:

Tranquil Morning Fiber Farm

We are a small but diverse fiber farm in Columbia, CT.  We raise heritage and rare breed sheep and fiber animals.  We are one of very few farms in the country to raise the critically endangered Santa Cruz Island sheep.  We also raise Finnish Landrace sheep, Shetland Sheep, Tunis and Blue faced leicester crosses.  Other fiber animals include Suri Alpacas, Angora goats and Angora rabbits.  Most of our sheep are coated and our fibers are hand processed at home and ready to handspin.
