Search Tips

1. Enter Product or Farm name into the search box. - If you just want to search for a specific town then type in the location name and hit GO. (any combination of product, farm, or town will also yield search results)

2. If you are looking for something specific such as a farmers' market or a restaurant then do so by choosing either from the pull down menu labelled "Anywhere". You can also search for just producers in this menu as well.

3. Select the distance you are willing to travel (5mi to 250mi). This will give you a radial search of however many miles from the zip code you enter (Hartford is the default zip code). Now hit GO to see the search results.

About Belltown Hill Orchards

Come taste the abundance of Belltown Hill Orchards while exploring pristine fields of fruit trees, berry bushes and vegetable patches. One of Connecticut’s most popular pick-your-own operations, Belltown offers many varieties of fun-to-pick fruit like cherries, berries, apples and quinces to name a few.

Founded in 1910, Belltown Hill Orchards has been an innovative family farm from the very beginning. After emigrating from Italy in 1904, Louis Preli worked hard to purchase a small parcel of land where he could cultivate vegetables, raise livestock and plant fruit trees. Now Belltown Hill is a 150-acre orchard under the care of Louis’ grandchildren. The farm, which currently runs on biodiesel, has a new bakery and a farm market convenient for finding the freshest homegrown fruits and vegetables. The Preli family welcomes you to visit soon!
