Location(s)Still River Café 134 Union Road Eastford, CT, 06242United States Farm to Fork Dinner at Still River Café WHAT: Co-owners Robert and Kara Brooks host a Farm to Fork Dinner at Still River Café, a critically –acclaimed restaurant situated in a beautifully-restored 150-year old barn on their 27-acre organic farm in the northeast corner of Connecticut. The twilight experience will begin with a tour by Bob of Still River Café’s bountiful vegetable gardens and a discussion of organic gardening techniques, followed by a kitchen tour by Kara and cooking demonstration. The evening will be topped off by a seven-course tasting menu featuring – as always – produce grown in the garden just feet from the restaurant’s door.
