Farm to Fork Dinner at Still River Café
Offset Carbon Emissions for One Year & Learn Organic Farming and Unique Kitchen Tips To Boot!

WHAT: Co-owners Robert and Kara Brooks host a Farm to Fork Dinner at Still River Café, a critically –acclaimed restaurant situated in a beautifully-restored 150-year old barn on their 27-acre organic farm in the northeast corner of Connecticut. The twilight experience will begin with a tour by Bob of Still River Café’s bountiful vegetable gardens and a discussion of organic gardening techniques, followed by a kitchen tour by Kara and cooking demonstration. The evening will be topped off by a seven-course tasting menu featuring – as always – produce grown in the garden just feet from the restaurant’s door.

COST: $125 per person (exclusive of tax and 20% gratuity).
25% of proceeds will be donated to The Nature Conservancy’s Rain Forest Project – an amount calculated to enable the Conservancy to preserve enough of the Amazon rain forest to offset the annual carbon emissions for one year for each guest who comes to dinner.
